• Our shipping partner will contact you an hour before your tiles are due to arrive.

Holding Service

• Take advantage of today's prices but receive your tiles at a later date.
• We hold your tiles at our warehouse until you are ready for them to be delivered.
• We hold your tiles free of charge.
• Use our book in service to request the delivery of your tiles when you require them.

In order for our shipping partners to deliver your tiles without problems, it's essential that you inform us of any potential difficulties the drivers may face when delivering; road closures, height restrictions, weight restrictions, narrow streets and other factors all affect which type of vehicle will be delivering your tiles.
