Ivory Tiles Creamy White Elegance

Sometimes pale-straw or light-cream; ivory is one of those subtle colours that's difficult to pin down as it can probably be best described as white coloured with a hint of cream and works really well with most colour combinations from pastel shades to vibrant primary colours. Many natural whites are probably nearer to ivory and work extremely well in kitchens and bathrooms as they last for many years and often have a feint pattern or texture to add an extra depth of interest.Granite and travertine are reasonably priced natural stone tiles with an ivory ground and enough pattern to add interest. Here's a handy hint; most worktops are designed for a 600mm depth, you could replace your old worktop with a qood quality plywood base cut to size then tiled with porcelain, granite, quartz tiles or stone mosaics. By using an epoxy grout you would seal the joints for a hygienic, easy clean finish. The plywood and tile edge would be masked with a suitable trim for an expensive, designer finish
